Dilla university's library and information service has five libraries under it which are: The main library, Freshman library, Girls library, Summera library and Language library. The library provides twenty four hours service each day. Some of the facilities in the library includes: Reference service, Spot reading, Documentation, Periodicals, Audiovisual service and the binding and photocopying service

All the tens of thousands of books on Dilla University's library are catalogued digitally on the computer. Any user with a preliminary computer skill can use this catalogue to search out the book by the number of search tools available.
