Dilla university public and external relation is liable to the university President.  It works on internal and external communications of the university. It specifically works on

1. Public relation of the university (communication within the university; community relation)

2. External relation Of the University (communication within and outside the country)

3. Corporate identity monitoring

4. Event management

5. Media relation

6. Website communication

7. Publication (corporate news letters, Magazines, Brochures etc)
