1. Introduction:

We are pleased to welcome you to the pages of the school of Mathematical and Computer Science at Dilla University. We hope that you find them helpful and informative.

The School of Mathematical and Computer Science was established in 2007 GC. It offers a wide variety of activities and programs for students and maintains the standards of high quality and growth so necessary in today's society.

In this school there are three programs:

• ØProgram of Mathematics (BSc)
• ØProgram of Statistics (BSc)
• ØProgram of Computer Science (BSc)

Objective:  The central objectives of the school are

• To train qualified, adaptable, motivated, and responsible mathematicians, statisticians and computer scientist who will contribute to the scientific, technological, socio-economic development of Ethiopia and African.
• To impact knowledge by teaching
• To advance knowledge by research

 Vision:  To be one of the most wanted of scientific computing and research center in Ethiopia to react with our dynamical universe.
