SCHOOL STRUCTURE

The school has three major divisions namely: Academic, Research and Farm wing. The academic division trains undergraduate students in the aforementioned four programs. In addition to the teaching learning process, this division also performs different activities like, assessment and  modification of the existing curriculums according to the need for each program.

The farm divisions manages every activity of the on growing animal farms, plant and horticultural crop demonstration sites. Currently there are four different animal farms under the school: dairy, beef, goat and sheep farms and a green house system and crop demonstration sites. This division plans the expansion and strengthening of the existing farms, monitors the farm activities, request and participate in the purchase of animals, seeds, fertilizers and different farm equipments together with finance division of the University. And also, follows the proper use of the purchased inputs and report the progress of the farm activities.

The research wing stress on research, dissemination and training activities on different agricultural fields including livestock, crops (grain + horticultural crops) and the marketing and economics of agricultural commodities
